WHAT IF GOD SAYS NO? 👀 Let's go a little deeper today… We often say, “Lord, Your will be done.” But what happens when His will doesn't look anything like the future we've been praying for? What happens when the relationship doesn't work out? When the door stays closed? When the opportunity goes to someone else? When God doesn't explain Himself, and all you have left is His Word? HERE'S THE UNCOMFORTABLE QUESTION: Do we trust God because He is good… or because we believe He will give us what we want? There's a difference between surrendering your plans to God and asking God to approve the plans you've already made. Surrender says, “Father, even when I don't understand, teach me to trust You.” And no, that doesn't mean disappointment isn't real. Faith doesn't require you to pretend that something doesn't hurt. It means the pain doesn't have to become the proof that God has abandoned you. “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5 (KJV) LET'S TALK, EKKLESIA: Which is harder for you? A) Waiting for God's timing. B) Accepting when a door closes. C) Trusting Him when He is silent. D) Surrendering something you really wanted. E) Honestly… all of the above. Drop your letter, and if you're comfortable, tell us why. Let's have a conversation that goes beyond “Amen.” Ekklesia — Rooted in Christ. Growing together.
